When
you purchase a system you may purchase an onsite
warranty service contract .
You have the
option of buying a 1, 2, or 3 Year contract.
If
our technician determines that replacement parts
are necessary, the technician will requisition
these parts and have them sent to you within one
or two business days (plus shipping time).
When the parts arrive at your home or office,
simply call the 800 number to have our technician
install the replacement parts and test the system.
Please do not attempt to install the parts
yourself. This may void your
warranty. Response times are usually
within 8 hours of the receipt of the parts.
(longer for remote areas more than 50 miles from
one of our over 4500 service centers nationwide.)
Warranty service for Notebooks is return to depot
due the the specialized nature of notebook repair.
Monitor
service is supplied by the monitor manufacturer.
Most of our monitors have an 800 number available
from the manufacturer.
